Parala Maharaja Engineering College (P.M.E.C), Berhampur came into existence in the year 2009 as a constituent government engineering college of Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha, India. This college is now an Autonomous Govt. Engg. College affiliated to BPUT, Odisha. Now, one of the premier technical institute in the state and is funded by the Government of Odisha, India.
