Robostreaks Club, PMEC

About

Robostreaks Club, Parala Maharaja Engineering College (PMEC), Berhampur, Odisha, is a student-driven technical club that promotes innovation, practical learning, and hands-on exploration in robotics, embedded systems, automation, programming, and emerging technologies. The club provides a platform for students to transform classroom concepts into working prototypes and develop problem-solving skills through collaborative technical activities. Robostreaks encourages students from different branches and academic levels to participate in robotics projects, hardware prototyping, programming challenges, workshops, technical competitions, hackathons, and project exhibitions. Students gain practical exposure to microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, IoT, embedded programming, mechanical design, control systems, computer vision, and related technologies.

Vision

The vision of Robostreaks is to become a leading student innovation and prototyping platform at PMEC, nurturing technically competent, creative, and socially responsible engineers.

Mission

The mission of Robostreaks is to establish a project-oriented and collaborative learning environment where students can identify real-world problems and develop practical, affordable, and innovative engineering solutions.

The club focuses on:

  • Developing hands-on technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Encouraging interdisciplinary student projects and experimentation.
  • Promoting participation in hackathons, robotics competitions, technical fests, and exhibitions.
  • Providing peer learning through senior–junior mentoring.
