All paper presenters and those who wish to attend as participant, are expected to register, by paying registration fees, as applicable to them. At least one author must register as delegate, so that the paper could be included in proceedings and for presentation.

Note: Above feesare to cover conference Kit, breakfast & lunch on 2-days of convention, one convention dinner and a half-day local sight-seeing tour. Each accompanying person has also to register, by paying a fee, @ INR 2000as registration fee. A limited number of (economy class) accommodation can be provided to non-local delegates, on request. Delegates can avail the comfortable stay at star hotels of Bhubaneswar, on payment basis.
